CONSULTATION

ProVideo Systems consultation services include comprehensive client project evaluation and review. We develop design criteria consistent with outlined goals supporting forward compatibility and operational budgetary constraints. 

FACILITY DESIGN

ProVideo Systems engineers are knowledgeable of architectural issues for designing commercial and public television broadcast facilities, non-linear edit suites, live studio and sporting event production, conference rooms; boardrooms; auditoriums; large format high lumen forward projection technologies and related disciplines.

ProVideo Systems engineers work as members of the Project Management team defining space parameters, acoustical restraints, floor plans, equipment elevations, electrical loads, HVAC, radio frequency interference and related issues.

ELECTRONIC SYSTEMs DESIGN

Incorporated within the system design, ProVideo Systems engineers address audio, video, data control, signal distribution, format conversion, routing, automation, news acquisition ENG, audio/video streaming and satellite technologies.  We take pride in developing a comprehensive equipment package in support of our client’s needs, desires and budgetary constraints to include: equipment specifications, rack elevations, inter-connectivity, equipment bid specifications, overall system CAD documentation and system proof-of-performance.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Typically, ProVideo Systems acts as overall “project manager” coordinating multiple activities. When the electronic system is but a part of the total project, we can act as “area manager” in concert with other on-site construction management teams, facilities staff, architect and general contractor.

SYSTEM INSTALLATION

To insure consistency of service provided, ProVideo Systems technicians and engineers take great care in fastidious installation and careful inter-connectivity of all electronic hardware.  The ProVideo Systems installation team is concerned with every minutia of systems integration.  If total system integration is not a requirement, ProVideo Systems engineers can provide installation supervision insuring compliance with good engineering operating practices and industry standards. 

SYSTEM TRAINING  

Proper and efficient operation of any system is possible only with a properly trained operational staff.  Many operational disciplines require equipment specific training; still others require a working understanding of the overall system functionality.  ProVideo Systems, Inc. offers “in-house” training as well as formal seminars on specific subjects.  We provide on-going support addressing specific needs and work toward problem resolution.  Manufacturer provided training is coordinated as deemed necessary. 

EQUIPMENT SERVICE  

ProVideo Systems, Inc. offers in-house and on-location repair service of professional audio, video, production and presentation equipment. Expertise ranges from legacy analog gear to the newest in digital platforms.  For those repairs outside ProVideo Systems, Inc. area of expertise, we coordinate and consult with manufacturers and vendors for equipment specific support.
